Reflexology contraindications:

First trimester of pregnancy
Severe bruising or bone fractures Ischemic heart disease or acute rheumatic fever
Diabetes with non-healing wounds or peripheral neuropathy
Internal or external bleeding
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Varicose veins or circulatory problems
Contagious or painful skin conditions
Vomiting or diarrhoea
