Welcome and thanks for visiting Check Wellbeing. My name's Liz and I'm excited to have a room at Major Movement in Tullamarine. Currently offering Sound healing and Reflexology on Sundays'. 













I do mobile massage during the weekdays and enjoy nature, singing, movies, reading, swimming and spirituality. 

In 2023 I went to Seven Sisters festival and gave sound healings (also termed sound massage) to some attendees. Most ladies hadn't heard of it, afterwards they felt relaxed and a sense of calm and peace. I'm keen to bring it to more people.

Diploma in Reflexology - Nature Care College
