The Grace Method
Everything in the solar system is made of energy. Whether it is rocks, animals, trees, the sun or humans. The only difference between people and anything else in the universe is that the energy vibrates at different frequencies.
When you are upset the energy vibrates at a different frequency to when you are happy. The higher the energy frequency the happier and more content you will feel.
I can teach you a tool called The Grace Method that can assist you to feel better about any stress, discomfort, fear or anger you may be experiencing. It has the potential to completely change the way you feel about any form of discomfort in your life. The Grace Method comes under the field of Energy Psychology. It isn’t like counselling or analysing why you feel what you feel. It’s a tool you can learn to apply on your own.
It involves two writing exercises and a guided visualisation. The first writing exercise is designed to show you what you currently think and believe about any discomfort in your life. I then guide you through a visualisation that will transform any parts of you that feel
bad into feeling amazing. This may be a bit uncomfortable, but by the end of it you should feel much better than before. After the visualisation I will ask you to do another writing exercise, which will show you your new thoughts and beliefs about the same issue.
